Monday 14 May

Foreign Secretary William Hague represents the UK at the regular meeting in Brussels of Foreign Affairs Ministers from across the EU.

Secretary of State for International Development Andrew Mitchell represents the UK at the regular meeting in Brussels of Ministers from across the EU responsible for development.

Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Natural Environment and Fisheries Richard Benyon represents the UK at the regular meeting in Brussels of Ministers responsible for Agriculture and Fisheries (until 15 May).

Andy Lebrecht represents the UK at the regular meeting of Member States' Deputy Permanent Representatives to the EU (Coreper I).

The European Parliament begins a week of committee meetings.

Tuesday 15 May

Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne represents the UK at the regular meeting in Brussels of Ministers responsible for Economic and Financial Affairs.

Julian Braithwaite represents the UK at the Political and Security Committee (PSC), the regular meeting of representatives from each Member State to discuss foreign and security policy issues.

The European Commission will adopt the 2012 European Neighbourhood Policy Package.
