Transport links

Our offices in Brussels are at the heart of the European quarter and within easy access to the main buildings of the EU.  Information on our location and the surrounding area are available from our section on key maps.

Our offices are also close to major transport links and are easily accessible from Brussels airport and the Eurostar terminal.

Travelling to Brussels

By air

There are regular flights to and from the UK, and other destinations, from the national airport of Brussels, which is approximately half an hour from our offices by bus.  There is a second airport in Brussels South (Charleroi), which is mainly serviced by low-cost airlines.  Charleroi is approximately an hour from Brussels by bus.  

By rail

There are also regular Eurostar services between Brussels (Gare du Midi) and London (St Pancras).  The journey time is now less than two hours.

 

Travelling within Brussels

From the airport

A taxi from the airport to our offices will cost in the region of €35.  Taxis are readily available at the airport terminal and near our offices, or can be reserved at reception.  

There is a regular bus service between the airport and Schuman roundabout (2min walk from our office).  A single journey costs €4.  

There is also a train station at Brussels airport.  You will need to change at the Central station for a metro or train to Schuman.  

From the Eurostar terminal

A taxi from the Eurostar terminal should cost in the region of €15.

There is also an underground service that runs between the Gare du Midi station where the Eurostar arrives to Schuman station which is near our office.  You should take the metro line 2 or 6 in the direction of Simonis (Elisabeth) and change at Arts-Loi/Kunst-Wet for line 1 in the direction of Stockel/Stokkel or line 5 in the direction of Hermann-Debroux and get off at the Schuman stop.  A single journey costs €1.70.

Taxis

Taxis are readily available at taxi ranks at the airport, near our office and throughout the city.
